My three sisters and I had a wonderful afternoon at the Rimrock Spa. We bought the day pass at $30/person, which gave access the pool, the large hot tub and sauna, as well as the heated deck for lounging and visiting. The view is spectacular! I purchased a pedicure for $95 which included the pool access and free parking, a significant savings for our 4 hour visit. I had a Deep facial and pedicure April 2, 2025 I knew when I booked, that the facial was way overpriced, but was looking forward to the indulgence. I was very disappointed in the service. The tech said she’d assess my skin and make some suggestions, she just did what she wanted, there was no conversation. There was also not one pore extraction for this ‘deep cleaning’ facial to be had. Used this an option to the Upper Hot springs during the busy holiday period as the Upper hot springs were chocka full. It was like human soup. Rimrock spa = $30pp for non residents - nearly double that of the hot springs, but one does have the use of hot-tub, swimmingpool, Sauna, steamroom, gym and towels! Plus one is not stood shoulder to shoulder in the pool!!
Not a great experience at all, I wish I read reviews before booking this, as a lot of them were bang on with it not being great. For the price you pay, you expect a top notch experience, which this was far from. My wife & I booked a couples massage, which we were wanting to be a relaxing time away from our kids. The massage room was far from relaxing, the floor was dirty & my RMT seemed like they were out to put me in pain, even though I would tense up & mention it was painful.
