My mom was scheduled for pick up and the driver was polite but the van he used was not properly maintain The brakes were really bad and scraping metal and the driver was having a hard time stopping The van would also shake as he slow down and it was loud. This was unsafe not only for the passengers but the driver as well These vans need to be properly maintain and the owner needs to keep up with this

Outstanding! The right way transportation is a very professional company. The drivers arrive not only on time, but early and go above and beyond for the clients. They are empathetic and patient which is rare to find these deals. I could go on and on but I’ll end by saying that you’re going the RIGHT WAY when you choose the Right Way transportation. Heaven sent!

Driver was courteous and polite but was a half-hour late picking me up. I barely got to my appointment in time. There were safety issues. Instead of using hands-free cell phone mount, driver drove with one hand and her cell phone in the other to reference navigation while constantly looking down at the phone. When picking me up after the appointment driver was confused where that should be. Driver needs more training and experience.
