I cannot praise or thank TRM enough (in particular Jaydn). We were previously with an awful network and whilst looking to switch we seen some great reviews for TRM and arranged a call with Jaydn who was a breath of fresh air. The daunting process of switching networks was made so simple and stress free throughout. Everyone we have dealt with has been so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and actually do what they say they will! Highly recommend.
I have been with the network for just over a month now and so far so good. The onboarding process was brilliant. Jaydn was great. The support has been excellent in the first few weeks. I am glad I went with TRM.
Recently joined as an AR, Kim helped me submit my Application and kept me updated with the progress with TRM. I have now been part of the Network for 6 weeks and have had plenty of communication and support. Any questions and queries about processes, compliance and social media have been answered and additional support provided. We onboarded with TRM last September and our experience to date has been very positive and supportive. Our onboarding process with Chelsea was handled very well and all went smoothly and to plan.
