I had way to many bad experiences here, back when it was community health, the one female therapist mis heard me and I came home to 3 public safety officers, then when I came in for the next visit she said I'm sorry my bad I misunderstood what said, nope, got a different counselor a jacked up male, literally on our first visit he said " I don't really care if you talk or not I get paid either way, Now as the right door: I had a mental breakdown and needed to get help and was told that this place has changed tons now it's the... read more

My experience at The Right Door has been nothing but positive. Ever since I was discharged from Forest View, I’ve seen Nathan Huyck for therapy and Sue Gabriel for medication management. I feel fortunate to have been assigned both a good therapist AND psychiatrist who actually listen to my concerns as a patient. Not to mention all of the nurses have been nothing but kind to me and the front desk is usually quick and accommodating. They also have a sliding fee scale for patients without insurance.
Terrible organization that offers little to no help to families that need their services. Honestly don't know how they are still in business.
Go to TRD Belding if you want real care. Ionia will suck the life out of you and call it their accomplishment, over a three way call. They know what they are doing. Far too much to write but will be reporting externally asap. Cheers. AI pic is from a few weeks ago lol.
