A horrible place. I said from the very beginning I did not want a male therapist let alone a preacher and that’s what I got! No psychiatrist just a NP! It’s affiliated with Michigan health west! Another reason not to stay with them! They also said I didn’t need any more help and let me go! A blessing in disguise! I have real help now with Trinity.
Absolute worst! Called for ABA therapy for my son and talked to a specialist who asked my instance. I told him and we scheduled an appointment for a week out. Went to said appointment and the financial department called me back to office and took my insurance card and gave me all the info about them and even told me what I would be paying a month out of pocket. Then when the specialist called me back he asked why I wanted ABA for my child and I explained everything for him to they say oh wait we do not take private insurance... read more
My husband was with them until he passed away. Dr Emily was the best. I don't know her real name but she listened and help so much.
This place has really went downhill, poor service provided, even worse leadership. This place should seriously be investigated for mismanagement of funds, there is clearly something odd going on.
