As an aging fellow (with an aging sloop), I’ve relied on The Rigging Company (Annapolis) several times in recent years to upgrade both my boat’s standing & running rigging as well as install a new Harken furler. I rarely “post reviews” or submit “satisfaction surveys” on any product or service -- unless they’re truly warranted. Such is the case with TRC. Brad Could not remember what he told me he would do, when I followed up Brad had no idea what he was supposed to be doing, and wanted to be paid for having accomplished nothing. His staff used my mast light as if it was a piece of test equipment when the first thing a competent tech should do is check for voltage before connecting a device. Extremely poor service. Extremely poor communication. Major delay.

Extremely helpful folks! We were mounting a whisker pole that we purchased from Bacon at the show, to the mast. We needed fifty 5/16” screws and instead of selling to me at a markup, they recommended we buy from their source, Maryland Fasteners. Later we wanted to confirm drill bit sizing for the 5/16” fasteners and once again, they were very helpful with a recommendation and some tips on how to mount the track. These guys are fantastic, don’t use anyone else! Despite being very busy they managed to fit me in same day to make a custom steel cable. Result was perfect, excellent value and really great people. Thank you Jimmy and Aaron.
