Really like my Ridgid plumbing tools including a K50 tripod snake, been using that model for decades and it performs GREAT.
This is a total scam. The sales associate at my local Home Depot convinced me to choose RIGID over other brands, emphasizing the "Lifetime Warranty." I purchased a driver and a drill because I needed them for work, not to spend time dealing with a frustrating website and waiting for updates.
