As a new resident, there is no orientation program, so I am left to run back and forth between multiple staff trying to clarify how The Ridge processes work. Very inefficient.
This is a beautiful property. I was looking for a retierment community for my Uncle that had independent living as well as Assisted Living so when the time came to move to Assisted Living we would be able to stay at The Ridge . The staff is wonderful! Austin, Steven and Jessica have all made the move in process very smooth. The residents are very welcoming and they have so many activities for the residents to participate in. I am looking forward to watching my Uncle thrive in this great retirement resort!
It has certainly been a process getting our parents moved in and settled. Gisela and Jessica have been wonderful and welcoming. Helping us maneuver and Jessica with insuring the details are all set! Thank you ~ Tanya and Dana
