We as a family feel very comfortable with our decision to have our Dad move into The Ridge. Everyone involved has been caring and professional.
My mother seems to be having a hard time obtaining a refund after being billed for a month, after we had already moved my father to skilled nursing and paying for a month at the new facility. The stress this is causing is not needed while she is already dealing with way too much. The Ridge wanted an entire month to issue refund and it still hasn't come through. - Jason Shields
Even with our mother deciding to remain in her home for the time being Fernanda and Raven were both welcoming and knowledgeable. The apartments were absolute beautiful and The Ridge offered every amenity you could wish for.
We love the Ridge! The food, the staff's dedication and the fun activities are all top notch.
