Mark goes out of his way to take care of his customers making Mark and The Ride great assets to this community. Excellent service and bike selection.
New customer with a “Walmart” bike I got as a gift. They happily helped me get my bike fixed for a very reasonable price. I had a problem that very day, brought it back, again ! The issue was no ones fault !! Same great experience. Great service ! Bickels could learn a lesson from these guys. One of the most humiliating experiences I ever had was when I tried to get my kids bikes repaired. That is when I learned my lesson about bicycle SNOBS . I recommend this shop for all. I know I will be back with the wife’s SCHWINN
