I was late for my first appointment of bike fitting for half an hour. Aaron was gracious enough to reschedule to another time, and was excellent throughout the fitting session, including adjusting my cleats, saddle and handle bar heights and angles, teaching me some skills on the saddle and informing me my flexibility was poor and introducing me the foam roller app to stretch at home. As a rider who really didn't know much about what bike to buy, I found Aaron's approach really refreshing! He took the time to ask me the pertinent questions without making me feel like a 'rookie'. The bike I bought is perfect and now I am about another from him. Thanks Aaron! Ps his after sales service is also very good.

Aaron from Ride Cycles offered us a small mountain bicycle during school holidays whilst we had an emergency respite foster child with us. It was a godsend keeping him outdoors and happy doing what he loved whilst experiencing such upheaval and trauma.
