I came here knowing almost nothing about bikes but needing one for commuting. Chris was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He was able to answer all of our questions, give specific recommendations, and explain what I need to do for safety and maintenance. I ended up getting a tricycle and all the necessary accessories in one stop (the one thing that wasn't in stock they were easily able to order online to have shipped to the store). Erik and his team are simply wonderful. We have enjoyed their selection and service department for many years. There are not enough good things I could say about this company. AND we are loving their new downtown location!
The most welcoming and friendly bike shop I’ve ever been in! Erik was excellent. Fit me properly on 2 bikes. Amazing experience! Will definitely be back to get my next bike.
