I bought a used road bike on facebook and brought it to The Ride for a tune up and a bike fitting. The staff were fun and helpful. Erik, the owner, was the real deal! He is very knowledgeable and helped me out so much during the bike fitting! They made my second hand bike feel brand new! Highly recommend!

Iv used The Ride for years when it came to getting my bike serviced, and they have always taken care of me like family. These amazing people are super reliable and knowledgeable, not to mention friendly and good hearted. If you need some work done to your bike, its in my opinion that there is no one better at least in conway, when i go to the ride i know im in good hands. Special thanks to erik for always being a huge help and a great guy in general!
My rad power bikes fell off my camper and needed repairs as I am taveling across the US. I contacted The Ride and spoke w Mike. What a great guy. I ordered the parts had them shipped to him. Showed up a day early. He took me right in and fixed the bikes that day. Talk about "southern hospitality". He made me feel like I was his only customer. He found another issue and fixed tight there.
