You don't get that kind of service much anymore
Eric at The Ride was awesome; he diagnosed the problems with my bike, fixed every one of them, and was helping customers out all at the same time. I’ll definitely be going back to The Ride for any future biking needs!
Never any problems, always fixed right and repairs hold up. 25 years in business probably and I never once had a complaint..
My bicycle was new but stored in the garage for about 5 years due to poor assembly by Walmart associates. I found The Ride online and went today for maintenance and repairs, in order to ride with my grands. That was the best decision I made! Excellent service was provided and I recommend The Ride to all cyclist!! 10/10
These guys were hands-down the best bicycle shop I’ve ever been to they take care of you. They are very polite. And fun to talk to. You can trust them. I live in Hotsprings, and I would go back to them before anywhere else
