Awhile back I left a review, after that Mr Rickman called me to address my opinions left. He made some fair points that left me thinking, so I deleted the review. After years of consideration, I do believe Mr Rickman gave me subpar service. After I left my initial review Mr Rickman called me to ask why and explain himself.
