We stayed here for our honeymoon and were honestly blown away. In such a peaceful secluded location just out of Byron Bay, it was the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. Mike was so welcoming and helpful, and we were greeted by fresh eggs, honey and biscuits. The spa and pool were sensational, and we were genuinely so sad to leave the place. Aside from enjoying relaxing at the accommodation, we loved visiting all the local places that were recommended by the host. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!!
What a wonderful surprise Sanctuary in th Pocket is! From the well-appointed villas to the friendly hosts, we couldn't have asked for more. Mike and Lisa were more thanhappy to answer any questions we had as well as give a bit of local insight to make our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying at this little pocket of tranquility, and will be coming back again soon. Thanks Mike and Lisa!
My husband and I spent a very relaxing 3nights at The Retreat and it was amazing. Mike and Lisa treated us like long lost friends and were very welcoming and recommended some nice eateries and places to visit. The biggest problem was that we were so comfortable in our little hideaway, we didn’t want to go anywhere. Would highly recommend if you are wanting some time out from the rat race and want to relax.
Beautiful space, everything had thought put into it, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Really recommend for privacy, luxury and relaxation
If you are looking for a beautiful private gateway, you must put Sanctuary In the Pocket as a must stay. The owners are truly lovely and welcoming in every way. The amenities are top notch and add fresh farm eggs and honey for you to enjoy for breakfast. Check out their website and choose you oasis. The location is perfect for site seeing Byron Bay and other little quaint sites. We loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.
