I have been going to Heidi for monthly massages for well over 5 years. I am a runner & really put my body through it. Heidi is so knowledgeable in how all of the muscles run and work together. She easily pinpoints where I need extra attention and pieces me back together each and every time. If I am at the computer too much she works the knots out of my upper back & neck. I always leave feeling brand new!
I receive the best deep tissue massages from Heidi Ross at the Retreat on King Street in Edenton. I suffer with migraines because of the tension I carry in my neck and shoulders, since making my visits with Heidi routine my migraines have greatly diminished. Heidi checks in on my pressure preferences and completely melts away all my knotted muscles. The spa is clean, quiet, and peaceful. I leave feeling totally renewed and cannot wait for my next visit!
