Shocking behaviour as this place charges a WW2 Veteran 5k a month , you should be ashamed of yourself
My mother in law has recently moved into the retreat. It was an upsetting time as she had to leave her home and her husband due to her deteriating health. The staff have been so kind, caring and understanding and she has settled in so well and cannot praise the staff so highly. They have welcomed her husband and family to visit when ever they want. This is the best home she could ever of gone too with brilliant staff and as she says the food is excellent. The entertainment is great thank you so much for all you have done
I can’t explain how wonderful the staff are here. We chose them as we had an instantly good feel when we looked around but they have far surpassed our expectations. Our elderly friend has settled immediately because of the care and kindness he has been shown. The medical assistance for any minor ailments is swift and dedicated. The Retreat is exceptional. We have been lucky to find it.
When I was looking for a home for my dad I found the Retreat staff very friendly and allowed my dad to see the room and had a tour of the home meeting some of the staff. Craig was extremely helpful in the transition and since Dad has been there has become dad’s favourite Carer His health and well-being is always at the forefront of the staffs care even in this difficult climate.
