A Deeply Disappointing Experience I am deeply disappointed and concerned by the level of care (or lack thereof) provided at The Retreat in Berryville. Despite being marketed as a memory care facility designed to provide safety, support, and dignity to residents, what I witnessed was the complete opposite.
