I started the process of taking a loan against my 401k december 22nd and its January 30th and I have yet to receive my money plus their customer service complains of staffing issues while the claims department clearly shows on my portal they have asked to contact me regarding questions. This place is a joke!
The worst experience with rolling over 401k I’ve ever experienced. Would never recommend. It’s been over 2 months
I have waited over a month to receive my rollover IRA distribution. This company is so unprofessional and lacks accountability. They claimed my check was returned to them but never bothered to notify me. Multiple employees said they would call me back within a specific timeframe and never did. Apparently their distribution team doesn’t exist because customer service can never connect with them and won’t give you their contact information. Horrible service is an understatement. I have had a terrible experience with this company. I am trying to rollover my 401k from a previous employer and it has been months attempting to get this distribution, which still has not happened. I initially contacted their customer service to find out how to initiate the distribution. The person I talked to told me it was very simple and that I could do it easily through their website.
