I have had a terrible experience with this company. I am trying to rollover my 401k from a previous employer and it has been months attempting to get this distribution, which still has not happened. I initially contacted their customer service to find out how to initiate the distribution. The person I talked to told me it was very simple and that I could do it easily through their website.
