I recently had a session at this red light sauna , and the experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain how the everything works and how to get the most out of the sauna session. OK, so far so good! I have terrible insomnia & wasn't quite sure about Acupuncture but thought "well, it can't hurt". I'm very impressed after just one session - Mark is so calming & amazing. Last night, I slept more than I have in the past 3 days!! I have another appt already scheduled next week & will definitely continue on my journey. Next up on my agenda, some Yoga - thanks so much, Mark!
