OK, so far so good! I have terrible insomnia & wasn't quite sure about Acupuncture but thought "well, it can't hurt". I'm very impressed after just one session - Mark is so calming & amazing. Last night, I slept more than I have in the past 3 days!! I have another appt already scheduled next week & will definitely continue on my journey. Next up on my agenda, some Yoga - thanks so much, Mark!

Today I had my first acupuncture treatment with Mark Siegrist at the Restorative Center. Trust me, it was so soothing, peaceful, and effective already for shoulder and back pain. He is a compassionate, kind, respectful, and highly skilled professional. I look forward to continuing my journey of restoration and well-being with Mark Siegrist!
