We absolutely love our dresser. It is beautiful! The lacquer finish is incredible. The hardware is not only good looking, it’s extremely functional and has a nice solid weight. Communication was fantastic and the delivery could not have gone more smooth. Our entire experience was wonderful!!! Ordered a desk eight weeks ago. It is just getting started shipping after all this time. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have emailed them a few times, with NO response at all. Will not be buying from them again.
My experience working with Sucheta has been a delightful and positive one. From selecting the colors of the various pieces to arranging delivery. The pieces are stunning. I bought a China cabinet, oversized night tables, and a credenza. The Ruby on my credenza took my breath away, the China cabinet is white and she surprised me with a magnificent wall paper and lights with remote control. Just revived my delivery today, absolutely stunning! Love, love, love the orange color and quality. I will purchase another piece from Sucheta. Great customer service. It came with a care kit and instructions as well. Highly, highly recommend!
