Top employer in Chautauqua county. I have worked here for 20+ years. I started out fresh out of high school, and was coached by caring managers into management positions and eventually encouraged through college and offered a registered nurse position and now I’m an RN manager. The work I have done at the resource center is fun, and rewarding. Working with individuals with developmental disabilities is unlike any other job.
It took management 1 month to figure out if I was going to be a trainee or not, more than half of this time I was without an income and being promised to work on the 8th of April. Then after signing onto the job my insurance got cancelled, moments later, TRC called to take back the job offer. The reasoning offered was that I am unable to answer truthfully on where I have lived in the past.
