Gavin provided us with all the information required to ensure we make informed choices with regards to the mortgage and later on insuring our house and deciding about life insurance. He was available at all times to be called/via text messaging. He followed the rates and was advising us of the changes so we can get the lowest rate for that period of time which was crucial to the amount we pay monthly now - all in our favor. He is a great professional and has very robust knowledge in the matter of acquiring mortgage.
