Nancy was wonderful—- very informative & answered any questions I had.I was impressed at the cleanliness of the facility & the Many services offered. P.S. the “apple pie gifted to us is Delicious!”
Nancy was wonderful. She was warm and informative. There was no pressure and she was very understanding regarding my mother’s anxiety regarding transitioning into this new chapter of her life.
Recently visited with my mom and was extremely impressed! Nancy and her team were informative, thorough and supportive! The facility is simply lovely, and a few residents showed us their apartments. My mom is currently in an independent residential setting in Florida and is looking forward to eventually relocating back to NY. The Residences at Plainview is at the top of our list!
Very caring and competent staff who make everyone feel valued and appreciated! Beautiful and clean facility with many activities and events
