Such a poor “hotel.” Rooms are not clean, cobwebs everywhere, there’s no safe, and very, very thin walls I could hear the people next door walking about. Beware that this so called hotel is not manned 24/7. It is not worth the price and simply atrocious.

I arrived late, very tired, stressed from a long drive, and coming down with a bug so was not in a good mood. It wasn't helped by poor signage that makes it a little confusing to find reception in the dark & which could be improved (just keep driving to the end). But the chap on reception was lovely and really helpful on the phone and in person, and seemed unphased by me being grumpy, which impressed me. I was sceptical about alot after reading other reviews. I have to say the bad reviews were wrong on this occasion. We stayed for my brother's wedding for two nights. Two adults and two kids. Room was big enough, had a big bed, single bed and a put me up. Lovley bathroom. Heating worked wonderfully, cold or hot. Breakfast was great. Sausages and bacon were definitely not cheap crap. Wont recommend this place to anyone , Room was below average bad , no proper heating or air-conditioning noisy room heater that does not work , no extra blanket in case someone needs it in this case there was no heating Bad speed breakers leading up to the property from the main road, not to mention main road also filled with pot holes for the price this place is not worth staying in Avoid

I have stayed at the Residence hotel for my wedding and i must say the hotel rooms were spotless and the bed was so comfortable definately would have gotten a goodnight sleep if i didnt have a 7 year old bouncing around withe excitement for the wedding. However, we did have issues with the air con. It was either too hot or too cold, and when we changed the thermostat, it jumped back up to being hot again within minutes, but we managed it. And staff couldn't do enough for us on our stay. Will definitely stay here again.
