I cannot say enough Great things about the Residence at Park Ridge!! The place is beautiful, the activities are wonderful and the staff is amazing. In particular, I have to give a huge thank you to the help that Lisa Nixdorf gave me with coordinating my mother's transition to the facility. Lisa is extremely kind, caring, knowledgeable, and supportive!! She is always there to help. This facility is very clean and all staff members are friendly and polite. I particularly came across one of the unit managers Jackie German who was extremely welcoming, energetic, and willing to help and answer any questions needed. You can see that she cares for the patients and their families. She takes pride in her work.
I have had nothing but bad experiences since my father couldn’t live on his own anymore. Until I got him in The Residence at Park Ridge. The amount of care and attention they have given us is actually above and beyond. The staff there have broken their backs for us and we are treated by them with nothing but respect. I am the POA and they check everything with me. We are in constant contact about any situation that comes up..
