My mother passed away 1 month ago. She spent her last 3 years of life in the complex care unit at The Residences at Morgan Heights; she suffered from dementia. I can only say good things about this place. All staff, from the receptionist to the staff directly dealing with my mother were amazingly compassionate, caring and helpful. My dad has been in full care for two years. I or another family member visit every day. Staff and nurses are unfailingly kind in their interactions with him and other residents. They work so hard to accomplish all the care. Their practices make so much sense; for example, they accumulate laundry and wash his clothes on the day he has his bath. Things don’t get mixed up with other people’s items. He has glasses, hearing aids, tv remote, and a special drinking cup; none have been lost. The food is good and has a nice variety. ... read more

My grandma stayed there for a night she didn’t not like it there . so we bought her home also there rooms are like a jail cell also it smells like the bathroom there from there rooms .but they staff was nice and well organized

I worked two years before . I cannot resist my self to put the reviews about staff . I never see this kind of staff in my whole years in Canada . Staff was very partial during my working days . There was one particular community which was very racist and mostly care aids were belong to that community on those years .
