The Residence at Littledale is a beautiful facility with exceptional staff. I couldn't be happier with the kindness and care my loved one received there. Thank-you all.
The lack of care at this facility is appalling. Nurses leave my grandma in the room all day, we ask them to bring her out to attend activities and they will not, so she sits alone isolated in her room all day. She has diabetes and her blood sugar is constantly at extremely low levels because nurses do not monitor what she eats. She has dementia and was able to escape the home, enter a random persons car who thankfully returned her back to the home. What would have happened if she had wandered further and gotten lost?
