My mom has been at Clayton Heights Care Community for 9 years. We are greatful for the care, love and support my mom receives. The care team is exceptional. Each resident has a private room which allows you to create a warm and personal space. There is a wonderful recreational therapy team providing programs every day. My mom has her hair done each week in the salon, and loves it. So many benefits: Occupational therapy & social work / personal care services / spiritual services.

I had a very disappointing experience with the director, Karin. While in the parking lot, she approached multiple people in a confrontational manner and spoke to them in a harsh, unprofessional way. At one point, she even told off a dad who was simply showing his daughter how to ride a scooter. I found her behavior to be unnecessarily aggressive and rude. I would hope that staff, especially those in leadership positions, would treat people with more courtesy and professionalism
