Awesome staff!!
I had a very disappointing experience with the director, Karin. While in the parking lot, she approached multiple people in a confrontational manner and spoke to them in a harsh, unprofessional way. At one point, she even told off a dad who was simply showing his daughter how to ride a scooter. I found her behavior to be unnecessarily aggressive and rude. I would hope that staff, especially those in leadership positions, would treat people with more courtesy and professionalism
Friendly staff who take very well care of their patients
My Grandmother has been here for almost 7 years. The staff has been wonderful.
