Dear Ms.Arzu LeBlanc, After several years of unexpected challenges, it was especially meaningful to finally gathering celebration of her 106 birthday. The original 100th birthday celebration had been postponed due to COVID,and in the year that followed,her condominium was unfortunately destroyed by two consecutive hurricanes.
