I came across this community during their open house event. While everyone there was friendly, welcoming, resourceful and helpful, their referral for the mortgage broker ended up being rude. She wasted about a half a year of my time at which point I ended up dropping out of the process. I unsubscribed from her emails as well but somehow they still come through sometimes which feels spammy.
