Drove across town to find it closed even though website said open
DONT BE LIKE ME AND LOOK PAST THE OVERWELMING AMOUNT OF BAD REVIEWS!!Long story short, listen to all the reviews. I ignored them because Randy was a super nice guy and very helpful. So I ordered a window well cover with a 2 week wait time. That was were the communication stopped. Did not meet the 2 week time frame. Very bad experience, the communication was almost non-existent. Trying to call or text only went to voice mail which was never answered. Often when I went to check on my order the store was not open. I was promised 30 day turnaround on a vanity and counter top, I gave my color preference on the counter top at time of order and I was told he would find me a color I would like. The vanity was 2 weeks over the promised 30 days and when I went to pick it up he hadn't even begun to source the counter top. He then sent me a pictur... read more
Upon making my order, I was told 2 weeks for delivery. 6 weeks later waiting for my vanity I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. Don’t give me a delivery date if you can’t back it up! Randy set my renovation back a month so I’ll take my business elsewhere. What a waste of time.
