Fast, easy and professional!
Fantastic experience and employees...the process went smoother than I anticipated. Everything was explained throughly...wouldn't go anywhere else.
Have been a patient for years and stayed when there was a physician change because of admin staff. Nikki was great. Since she is no longer there the experience is less than desirable all around. Whoever this new girl is has no training in medical knowledge, is rude and crass, and never answers the phone. I hung around dealing with all of the drawbacks but the last phone call from her was the nail in the coffin.
The staff as well as Dr Kern are caring,helpful and are very knowledgeable.
What a great experience...everyone is so sweet in the office. In and out ...so quick! Thanks for making me feel at home and comfortable! Doctor was easy to talk to and understanding.
