Regularly visit the reject shop. Store has come along way in the past few months. A lot cleaner and the girls are very friendly and always help me when I need help.
Female staff scoffed and said “i’ll put it back for you” when I left the extra item near the counter not where it should be. Yes I will do better next time, hand it to you and said “sorry would you mind putting it back for me, I got extra that i don’t need” . She could’ve just kindly said, could you pass me that please, I’ll out it back and smiled. ..

Absolutely appalling customer service at The Reject Shop. The staff member named Tab showed zero interest in helping customers — she’d rather chat with her coworkers than do her job. There were three of us waiting at the registers for over five minutes while she casually strolled over, still mid-conversation. No urgency, no apology, no professionalism. If you’re going to put someone on registers, they should at least pretend to care. Do better.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor level of customer service I experienced at your store. When I approached the register to make a purchase, there was a staff member with the name tag “TAB” who appeared to be the manager on duty. Despite clearly seeing me standing at the counter, they made no effort to acknowledge my presence.
