Great store with lots of bargains. I needed a particular canned cat food for my very fussy cats and the Reject Shop had it when the other supermarkets didn't - well done Reject Shop! I often just browse as there is so much variety and often find items I need at good prices. Highly recommended if you are seeking a bargain or perhaps cat food that is difficult to find elsewhere.
I think I should just travel to Castle Towers when I need to visit The Reject Shop. This shop is so unfriendly! So unpleasant. The person at the front counter - short curly hair and glasses - needs some manners. Never smiles, never says hello.. etc….
The individual at the counter was so unhelpful and had a dismissive attitude. Not pleasant to deal with when having a customer service centric role.
