Phoned up about a particular product and got someone called 'Alyssa'. She was incredibly helpful and courteous. Not what I expected from a chain store. Impressed that The Reject Shop is applying a personalised business approach to customers as people always remember how they're treated. Please convey to head office to start offering online shopping with click and collect?
