I recently visited The Reject Shop and had a rather disappointing experience. The cashier at the register was quite rude, older lady with dark hair, when I asked for a plastic bag, she was very careless, practically throwing my items into the bag. It was an unpleasant experience and definitely affected my visit. I hope the staff can improve their customer service in the future.
Really bad customer service from this older lady with glasses this afternoon. 20/ 6/ 25 at 3pm- As she was processing my items I asked for a receipt in a rush forgot it on my way out & I realised as I was leaving and came back. I apologised to the lady and asked if I could please have a receipt for work purposes. She looked at me annoyed and replied “I asked if you wanted a receipt and you said no. Phoned up about a particular product and got someone called 'Alyssa'. She was incredibly helpful and courteous. Not what I expected from a chain store. Impressed that The Reject Shop is applying a personalised business approach to customers as people always remember how they're treated. Please convey to head office to start offering online shopping with click and collect?
Unfortunately didn't have what I wanted, I'll try again another day.
