The register is always abandoned by staff while they’re in the aisles gossiping and having personal conversations with the brand reps or each other. I’ve also never seen anyone clean or organise the place, constantly looks like a bomb hit it.
It's pretty abysmal customer service to have staff cutting off a customer struggling to walk with her moon boot, without so much as an excuse me. Manners are free.
Stood here for 10 minutes waiting to be served by the only employee serving she walked off so I left my items and won’t return.
