I go to Griffith every month or so, and always to reject shop, the lady at the counter was serving a customer before me, and wow what great customer service she had, Friendly, welcoming and farewell, I got to counter, and had the same great experience and noticed her name tag, Wendy, as I was definitely going to let you know which team member was amazing,
Great value but no one serving the front counter. Myself and two other customers waited 2-3 minutes for someone to come. Very easy to walk out the store without paying. And this happened twice while I was there! The young red headed girl didn’t even seem concerned when she did turn up. Good luck with the theft in the months to come.
