I visited The Reject Shop in Leongatha today and was honestly really disappointed with the service. The cashier, Blaze, was extremely rude and unprofessional during checkout. He barely acknowledged or greeted me, and when I asked a simple question about a product, he responded in a very passive aggressive tone. It felt like I was an inconvenience just for shopping there. Customer service makes such a big difference, and unfortunately, this experience really put me off returning.
The cashier Tanna, was so lovely today..with other customers lining up, but making sure that service was delivered with respect and care. Thoughtfulness is rare these days..it means so much Thank you
Great store, clean, and also has lots of wonderful stuff.
