We went there Tuesday 16th June to exchange a dog jumper as it was too small for our dog. I needed a larger size. The young girl said to pick another one but unfortunately they didn't have any large ones left. She helped us look then left. She came back a few minutes later with a basket of jumpers she had got from out the back. I was lucky to find a large and it fitted the dog perfectly. I think her name was Tamara, (l wrote it down but misplaced it). Thankyou Tamara. Sharron-Lee.
I visited The Reject Shop in Leongatha today and was honestly really disappointed with the service. The cashier, Blaze, was extremely rude and unprofessional during checkout. He barely acknowledged or greeted me, and when I asked a simple question about a product, he responded in a very passive aggressive tone. It felt like I was an inconvenience just for shopping there. Customer service makes such a big difference, and unfortunately, this experience really put me off returning.
