Love the layout and amazing variety of quality goods. Of course the prices are excellent and the staff are polite and efficient.
Customer service awful. Asked if I could be shown where something was and the girl literally groaned. It's not hard to be polite.
Terrible customer experience. I tried to walk in at 5.56 to which I asked a member of staff if I could run in to grab super glue. I knew exactly what I needed. They proceeded to shake their head and say no. To which I asked when do you close and they said 6pm. Shutting and denying customers four minutes before you close for your staff to then ROLL their EYES at you when you express disappointment is digusting attitude. You lost a customer.
