Usually I get helped by the manager with red hair who always gives me the time of day. However, I visited the store this Monday morning to do my Halloween shopping, and when I was looking for assistance the lady with black hair was too busy gossiping and on her phone with the young girl at the front counter. It’s good – I’ve made some great purchases there at unbelievable prices.
Love the Castle Hill store the staff are younger but know their stuff. So many random products, I have no idea how they remember it all.
Today is Sunday, 9:30 still not open.. collect your business hours if u are not open at 8:30 on Sunday please
I am gonna give 10 stars to Emma. She went above and beyond to help me with gift boxes I needed of same colour and same size. Other employees just didn’t help and put off requested to come on next day. Very appreciative of Emma for helping even when she was too busy with Easter stock. Her customer service was best as compared to staff of Reject shop windsor, Richmond, Parramatta , Merrylands. I visited all these stores for boxes in 2 days . Thanks a million Emma . You are a legend
