Love this reject shop and the team, however the tills constantly freeze resulting in the rescan of my usual $100 shop, this has become a regular occurrence and a major inconvenience to myself and fellow shoppers, the scanners regularly turn off resulting in a not so time efficient checkout, please consider investing in new technology as i’ve been shopping here for years and have never seen new or innovated tills. Staff in this shop need replacing, so rude. Went into the store to buy an item and asked where the item was, no words spoken, just walked to the aisle and pointed, bad manners. Guy rolled his eyes at the front cause he had to serve me. If you don't like serving people, stay home. Give the job to enthusiastic people.

Great store but very poor customer service from a young girl named ‘Selena’ I believe. I made our way to her checkout and immediately was taken back with her customer service skills as she made us uncomfortable due to her bluntness as she talked to us, and seemed very upset to be working there. Once she scanned all my items she told me the amount but I could not hear her so I asked her politely to repeat what she said, she then snapped at me as she repeated the due amount.
