The Reject Shop is one of my favourite stores for the product variety, excellent prices and they stock some decent brand items especially in cleaning. However, some of the staff at Knox City store have a surly demeaner and clearly don't enjoy their jobs. I doubt there is any follow up from Google reviews, so I'm adding my experience of poor customer service to similar feedback from other reviews.

This is a larger and well maintained reject shop. Polite staff, clean shop.
