Mini supermarket. Reasonable prices.
Poor customer service. Went in and saw items were on sale. Went to the counter the items are scanned at full price. Politely, “oh sorry I thought these were on sale.” Worker says “Oh I think it’s only for the marked items.” And asks one of the co workers to check, co worker says he’ll check. Doesn’t come back to confirm us. Pay full price. Convince to go back and get a refund. When we go back the sale sticker has been taken off. The Reject Shop is one of my favourite stores for the product variety, excellent prices and they stock some decent brand items especially in cleaning. However, some of the staff at Knox City store have a surly demeaner and clearly don't enjoy their jobs. I doubt there is any follow up from Google reviews, so I'm adding my experience of poor customer service to similar feedback from other reviews.
