I went shopping in this store today and was served by a staff member named Sianna. She was very rude to me. I had to wait for assistance, and when I called for help, she came with an unhappy face and without any apology. I don’t believe I deserved to be treated this way. I am very disappointed with the service. She needs more training to be more behave right.

I love knick knacks
Just as they were closing I forgot an envelope I had payed for, I ran to the shop and asked for the thing I dropped. All they did was ignore me and be rude. Finally a security guard came and asked what happened I explained and said I know the rules but I have a right to get the thing I payed for so after that I got what I needed. Horrible service but thanks to the humble security guard I got what I needed~
