Wednesday afternoon the 10/09 at Reject Shop Epping Plaza Manager put her self out to help me get instructions for the microwave that is on sale today. Your help is much appreciated and this is why I like to shop at this Aldi store. Thank you so very much for your help
Went into the Epping plaza Reject shop on Sunday night 10 mins before closing to purchase a 13th Birthday card only to find there wasn’t any on the shelf. I approached a staff member in the same aisle only 2 meters away from me who said her name was Amy. Ask if I was able to look in the draw to see if they had any that were not on show and she said no customers are not allowed to go into the drawers I said fair enough and asked if she would be able to see if there were any in the drawer below and her response was NO I have t... read more
Date:9/6/25 at around 11 ish. I went to the shop to return some lollies my wife bought yesterday. The staff member at the counter didn’t look too pleased and said, “Not another one, it’s too early for this.” I realized someone else had just been there before me to return items as well. Girl you need a good customer service training
The Reject Shop is always Good, Plenty of Variety and Bargains, Good to find Knick Knacks, Great for Birthday wrapping paper and gift parks, Good arts and craft section too. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great Shop.
