Date:9/6/25 at around 11 ish. I went to the shop to return some lollies my wife bought yesterday. The staff member at the counter didn’t look too pleased and said, “Not another one, it’s too early for this.” I realized someone else had just been there before me to return items as well. Girl you need a good customer service training
The Reject Shop is always Good, Plenty of Variety and Bargains, Good to find Knick Knacks, Great for Birthday wrapping paper and gift parks, Good arts and craft section too. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great Shop.
We asked a staff member for assistance, and she told us that everything available was already on the shelf. However, we noticed the box we needed sitting above the shelf and pointed it out to her. She responded by saying she was on overtime and then walked away without offering any further help. This happened on 27-12-24 17:20
