I went yesterday 8.12.25. at around 1:30pm to buy few things like I always do.This time I was unpleasantly supprised because young boy who is scanning items didn't put my shopping in the bag.When I asked him is it now new system in Reject shop like in Aldi where you need to pack your own shopping,he said yes.I don't know yet if is true but if it is that's big NO for me.
There is a chap who works at McCracken store who has been quite rude to me twice. Today was the worst,, he has zero customer service, I finished up leaving my shopping behind.
I work near by so is one of my favorite shops to visit. Unfortunately the service is not great. Not one at the counter and eventually a young man dragged his feet to serve the line. There was no change in the register, so he gave me more money because he didn't have any coins. Looks pretty bad when the young workers are walking around with airpods listening to music. My last visit 6/07/2023 around 3pm.
