I don’t know what traumatic events you guys are going through but as soon as I walked into the store this evening, the service desk announced Security to Zone B!! There were only 2 other customers and 3 employees at the front of the store and I am assuming because I am wearing baseball cap? Everyone kept staring at me like I have already committed a crime and that is so embarrassing for a customer! Not a Reject Shop customer and never will be, just wanted to see if there was anything worth buying from this dead looking shop!
Called the shop looking for a specific ‘get well soon’ card, and Claire was incredibly helpful. She patiently went through almost all the cards over the phone to find the exact one I wanted. Really appreciate your help, Claire—amazing customer service!
I walked in and they announced to do a security check on the section I was in. Kinda rude.
I bought a mop & bucket from there yesterday delivered by DoorDash which was free and very fast got it within one hour, However, when I opened it the mop head and spare mop head were not there. I can’t take it back as I cannot drive due to my disability IM. I called the store and spoke with Josh who gave me 2 options one being that he personally would deliver a new mop & mop bucket which he did.
