Haley needs some customer service training, rude and indifferent first to our enquiry about $2 tim Tam's which were probably out if stock and then beligerant about an incorrect scan price for Tim Tam's which sanned at $7 but were $6 on the shelf.

Absolutely love the reject shop, but the girl who was at the cash registers was more interested in talking to her colleague over putting through the item I wanted to purchase. Didn't bother to greet me or acknowledge me. Very dissapointing! Not that hard to greet your customer and ask them how there day is.

Had an absolutely awful experience here, there is a female staff member who works out the checkout that is so unbelievably rude. If you want to be grunted at, have things snatched from your hand, get no receipt and your items thrown… then by all means shop here. She snatched one of the items out of my toddlers hands, who was sitting up high in the trolley. I was going to take it off my child myself and place it on the counter… I was gobsmacked. I was quite shocked by the lack of respect shown by a certain employee which I actually know and I was absolutely shocked at the way this employee treated me considering she works in retail and has been trained to treat customers with respect and not treat them rudely and ignore them especially when it is someone they know.
