Contact less payment eftpos machine not working. Staff only retried once. Carry physical card.
I went here to shop and one of the staff was really rude and racist. When I was trying to buy something, she kept telling me to “just put it down” many times even though I wasn’t doing anything wrong. Then she went back to my area and glared at me. So rude and racist!
They asked me to fix some cupboard doors. After the job was done they refused to pay the invoice because i did not take photos of the doors prior to fixing them.
I think this is where I bought my back to the future poster frame like 8 years ago, it's still miraculously hanging on my wall
Haley needs some customer service training, rude and indifferent first to our enquiry about $2 tim Tam's which were probably out if stock and then beligerant about an incorrect scan price for Tim Tam's which sanned at $7 but were $6 on the shelf.
