Staff member Jade was extremely rude to me and my mother when we were shopping today- bought some items that rang up incorrectly, there is a sign above clearance items saying ‘further 50% off’ she then tried saying she ‘couldn’t change the price’ and tried to gaslight us saying there wasn’t a sign there saying that. We proceeded to show her the sign for another staff member to butt in and also say ‘there was no sign’ until she also saw it and came up with the excuse that ‘the manager was meant to take it down’.
