I bought sunglasses for my kid, but went back just a couple of minutes later because they were falling off. The staff wouldn’t give me a refund without a receipt.

I’ve had mixed experiences here. Recently I placed an order through DoorDash and the poor dasher had to wait almost 30 minutes for it to be ready. I even tried to call the store but couldn’t get through. In-store, the service can be hit and miss. There’s an older lady who works there who is always so lovely and friendly—she honestly brightens my day. But unfortunately, some of the younger team members make me feel like I’m an inconvenience rather than a customer.

Staff member Jade was extremely rude to me and my mother when we were shopping today- bought some items that rang up incorrectly, there is a sign above clearance items saying ‘further 50% off’ she then tried saying she ‘couldn’t change the price’ and tried to gaslight us saying there wasn’t a sign there saying that. We proceeded to show her the sign for another staff member to butt in also also say ‘there was no sign’ until she also saw it and came up with the excuse that ‘the manager was meant to take it down’.
