Veronica was absolutely delightful We came in to find items for New Year’s Eve and she was very helpful in selecting things Then she packed them carefully into a bag for us Why can’t all sales assistance be as nice as Veronica?
Disappointing treatment from staff. Don’t try and rearrange your bags while in this shop; you’ll immediately be accused of stealing. Offered for them to check my bags to clear my name only to be met with attitude and disrespect. Not impressed
I regularly shop at the reject shop. I love the shop, it's always organised and well stocked. Went to reject shop the other day and over heard two staff talking disrespectful about another employee commenting how slack she was and can't do her job in front of customers while unpacking items. then continued the conversation about drinking over the weekend, how busy and hard their weekend is. As upsetting this is to discuss I am very disappointed with this shop, I worked here as a work-placement student for 2 weeks everyday, besides that point its was a horrible experience, staff, especially manager is unfortunately racist and prejudice I have experienced this first hand on multiple occasions.
