Phoenix assisted with anything and everything we needed today, could not have asked for more. He was also well and truly in the christmas/halloween spirit, dressed up as Elsa. Phoenix well and truly made us laugh and paired with his great customer service, created an amazing work environment. Well done Phoenix!
