I just walked out of the shop. And I have had no trouble with my bag. I stopped using tote bags because I’m sick of getting my bag getting checked all the time. I’m just trying to shop. I was treated with disrespect and publicly humiliated by a female staff member named Lisa. When I approached the checkout to pay for my item, Lisa inexplicably directed the customer behind me to go first, stating this twice directly to me.
